“I Marcia Phongolo started my illustrious career working for ABSA homeloans as a sales support consultant in 1998. It was at the turning of the century (year 2000) that I joined wesbank as a collections agent until 2005. The finance industry then pulled me towards MFC as a credit controller for MFC,upon my 4 years tenure there, I realized that my love for real estate spoke volumes, Which brought me to pivotal point where I took the decision to join Sithebe Reality for 5 years to harness my knowledge. Then in the year 2020 I bravely branched out to put to practice what I had learnt throughout my time in corporate South Africa and launched Phongolo Properties. With a clear vision to ensure that this becomes the best training ground for any young women, as the industry has been slow in welcoming us as leaders in our right. I call it “breaking ground” no pun intended.”
